HHS & HMS athletes and their families- 

We would like to remind you that if you have had contact with someone who has tested positive DO NOT come to practice, please stay home. 

If you have questions or have had contact with a positive COVID-19 person and are unsure of when you can return to play please contact our District Nurse, Mandy Cowens at mandy.cowans@fortthomas.kyschools.us or the athletic department @ 859-815-2607.

In an effort to ease the collection of sports physicals and to help ensure that physicals are correctly documented prior to individual sports starting, all middle & high school families may now send any KHSAA sport physical forms AND St. Elizabeth HIPPA forms to the following email.
